Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days.
During this window, our team inspects each item, wraps it with intention, and boxes it to arrive in the condition it was made for. We'd rather take a little extra time than send something that doesn't meet our standard.
🚚 When To Expect Your Order
🇺🇸 Inside the United States Shipped through trusted carriers including USPS and FedEx Typical arrival: 15 to 20 business days after processing
🌍 Outside the United States Typical arrival: 15 to 30 business days depending on your country and local courier
Delivery windows can shift due to customs clearance, seasonal volume, weather, or carrier delays outside our control. We appreciate your patience when these moments come up.

❌ Need To Cancel Or Change Something?
Life happens. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel, email us with the subject line "Cancel My Order". To update your shipping address, contact us within the same 24 hour window.
Once your order has left our facility, we can no longer make changes. The sooner you reach out, the better.

Carriers typically attempt delivery up to two times before returning a package to their local hub. To avoid issues, please make sure someone is available at your address during your expected delivery window, or leave a safe drop off note for the carrier.
